Camp   Changes   Lives PVCC Staff Bios: Bill and Radine Herrick - Family Camp Bill and Radine reside in Everett, WA and both enjoy camping, mostly at PVCC! Radine works at Puget Sound Christian College as the Financial Aid director, and Bill is a commercial finish carpenter, working mostly in chain grocery stores. Both are members at Northwest Church in Shoreline, WA where Bill also serves as an elder. Bill and Radine both serve on the board of trustees for the camp and have served in many leadership function with the Family Camp ministry.
