Adult Staff (18 and older)
Adult leaders, counselors, and other staff ages 18 and older help provide a safe environment for our campers, support and mentor our student counselors and CITs, and help with food service, housekeeping, and more. It’s an awesome and important responsibility. Because our adult staff are such an important part of ensuring positive spiritual guidance and physical safety for our campers and student staff, we take the questionnaire and selection process very seriously.
To be considered for a role as volunteer or paid adult staff, you will need to have a criminal background check and submit a questionnaire. Click the buttons below to get started.
Student Staff (17 and younger)
Who are student staff? They are people ages 17 and younger who are passionate about helping campers plug in to God are making camp a safe, fun-filled experience. Student counselors and CITs work alongside adult counselors with small groups of four to eight kids, leading them through every aspect of camp. It can take a lot of energy and patience, but your investment in the lives of campers makes a huge impact! There are also opportunities to help with housekeeping, food service, and groundskeeping.
